Founder of KCR Development, Inc and KCR Management, LLC that developed real estate projects in excess of $1 billion in California and Hawaii.

Annie worked in the hi-tech sector of Silicon Valley for over three decades, first at Motorola, then Intel and then as one of the founders of ESS Technology, Inc. (ESS) in 1984. ESS pioneered the development of leading-edge audio and video solutions that are now commonplace in computers, Digital to Analog Converters (DACs), blue-ray, and DVD players.
