Moens Associates, Inc. was established in 1982 specializing in Palm Beach’s finest residential properties. Several billion dollars in successfully closed transactions have validated this firm as the true industry leader in the luxury residential marketplace. In 2008, he represented President Donald Trump when he sold his investment property at 515 N. County Road for a record-setting $95 million to a Russian billionaire. More recently, he handled both sides of nearly all of the deals — totaling at least $230 million — through which Chicago hedge-fund manager Ken Griffin assembled his 17-acre estate estate on Billionaires Row.
