Charles B. Curtis

President and Chief Operating Officer of the Nuclear Threat Initiative (private foundation dealing with national security issues) (since 2001); Executive Vice President of the United Nations Foundation (2000); Partner of the law firm of Hogan & Hartson (1997 to 2000); Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Department of Energy (1995 to 1997); Under Secretary of the U.S. Department of Energy (1994 to 1995); Chairman of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (1977 to 1981). Mr. Curtis has been a Director of Edison International and SCE since 2006. He is a Trustee of The Putnam Funds, a family of 99 equity and fixed income mutual funds. Mr. Curtis is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and Boston University Law School. Age 67.
