Mr. Ward served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The ServiceMaster Company (national service company) from 2002 to 2006, and President and Chief Executive Officer of ServiceMaster from 2001 to 2002. Mr. Ward was President and Chief Operating Officer of R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company (commercial printing company) from 1997 to 2001. He became a director of Sara Lee in October 2005. Age 54.
