Daniel J. Heinrich

Mr. Heinrich most recently served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of The Clorox Company, a global manufacturer and marketer of consumer and professional products, from June 2009 to November 2011. Mr. Heinrich joined Clorox in 2001 as Vice President, Controller and served in that role until 2003. In 2003, he became Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and in 2004 he became Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Clorox, his roles included Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Transamerica Finance Corporation, Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Controller of Granite Management Company, Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of First Nationwide Bank, and Senior Audit Manager with Ernst & Young. Mr. Heinrich served on the boards of Edgewell Personal Care Company (formerly Energizer Holdings, Inc.) from April 2012 to February 2022 and Ball Corporation from August 2016 to April 2022.
