He joined CHAI to develop and launch a new malaria program, which he grew to be a central strategic pillar of the organization. Among other efforts, his team played a central role in the development and launch a $450 million global initiative to dramatically increase access to quality malaria medicines. He also served as the Chair of the Market Dynamics Committee of the Board of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria, guiding the development of improved strategies to better leverage the institution’s $22 billion of investments to shape health product markets.
