Emilia Helena Fanjul

Owns owns a fashion public-relations firm in New York bearing her name. She graduated from Boston College. Her father is the vice chairman and president of Flo-Sun, a family-owned sugar growing and refining company, and of Florida Crystals in West Palm Beach, which is the majority owner of Domino Sugar. He is also the vice chairman of the Central Romana Corporation in La Romana, which operates sugar plantations, Casa de Campo and the Santo Domingo Hotel. The bride's mother, Emilia May Fanjul, is a trustee of Boston College and of the Animal Medical Center in New York and the president of Glades Academy, a charter elementary school in Pahokee, Fla.
