Jeffrey S. Fuqua is the cofounder of Fuqua Development. He was previously a board member, partner, and president of the Sembler Co., where—in his 24-year tenure—he developed more than 14 million square feet in over 80 projects valued at $4 billion. During Fuqua’s time at Sembler, the Atlanta Business Chronicle named the company a Top Developer for 11 consecutive years starting in 2000. Its major real estate projects in Atlanta include the Prado, Town Brookhaven, Edgewood Retail District, Lindbergh Plaza, Perimeter Place, and Lenox Marketplace. In Florida, Fuqua developed Legacy Place in Palm Beach Gardens and Boynton Town Center in Boynton Beach.
