Hiroshi Ishikawa

Mr. Ishikawa has served as a director since May 2004 and our Executive Vice President -- International Business Development since June 2004. Previously, Mr. Ishikawa served as the President of Mitsui Automotive North America, Inc. from June 2003 to May 2004. From October 2001 to May 2003, Mr. Ishikawa served as Vice President, Secretary & Treasurer for Mitsui Automotive North America, Inc.
