Larry L. Prince is Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Prince served as Chairman of the Board of the Company from 1990 through February 2005 and as Chief Executive Officer from 1989 through August 2004. He is also a director of Crawford & Company, Equifax Inc., and SunTrust Banks, Inc. Mr. Prince is 69.
