More than 30 years experience in the resources and energy sectors. She has held senior corporate roles in issues management, government and regulatory affairs, media and communications, environment, land access, project commercialisation and construction, and asset management. Tracey held a senior role in Federal public policy and politics for seven years and over more than a decade built and ran a successful government approvals and environmental management consultancy serving some of Australia's biggest resource companies and projects. Currently a strategic advisor on external affairs for Santos, a positin she has held for Prior to joining Santos, Tracey has been contracted to Caltex Australia and the QGC Executive Management Team which developed the $20bn QCLNG Project in Queensland, Australia between 2011 and 2016. As Head of the Land and Environment Functions responsible for securing and maintaining access for gas field development, a 540 km pipeline and an LNG plant adjacent to the Great Barrier Reef.
