Pamela H Patsley

Patsley most recently served as executive chairman of MoneyGram International Inc, a leading global remittance company. Previously, she served as MoneyGram's chairman and CEO, and was president of First Data International, president of First Data Merchant Services and president and CEO of Paymentech. She currently is on the boards of Texas Instruments Inc., Dr. Pepper Snapple Group Inc., and Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. Director of Molson Coors since February 2005. Ms. Patsley previously served as a director of Coors Brewing Company since 1996. From 2002 until September 2007, she was President of First Data International, an international provider of electronic commerce and payment solutions for financial institutions and merchants. From 2000 to 2002, she served as Senior Executive Vice President of First Data Corp. and President of First Data Merchant Services, First Data Corp.'s merchant processing enterprise. Prior to joining First Data, she served as President, Chief Executive Officer and director of Paymentech. She began her Paymentech career as a founding officer of First USA, Inc. Before joining First USA, she was with KPMG Peat Marwick. She is a director of Texas Instruments Inc.
