Roy recently retired as Ralph Lauren Group President, North American wholesale. She was responsible for Polo, Lauren and Chaps apparel brands. Over 13 years with the company, she also served as group president of Lauren Brands and president of Lauren. Previously, she was president of Ann Taylor Inc. and group president of Liz Claiborne Inc.
