Theodore Craver is Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Edison International, the parent company of Southern California Edison, one of the nation’s largest electric utilities, and Edison Mission Group, a competitive power generation business and parent company to Edison Mission Energy and Edison Capital. Mr. Craver serves on the Board and Executive Committee of the Edison Electric Institute; as Chairman of the Board of the Electric Power Research Institute; as Chairman of the Board of the Electric Drive Transportation Association; on the Board of Directors of Health Net, Inc.; and on the Board of Trustees of the Autry National Center.
