Susan Patricia Griffith

In her current position since 2016, she joined Progressive in 1988 and has held a series of executive leadership positions, including chief human resource officer, Claims Group president, president of Customer Operations, and Personal Lines CEO. She was named one of Fortune magazine's "Most Powerful Women in Business" in 2016 and 2017.
