Stephan M. Rodolakis concentrates his practice in bankruptcy law including representation of creditors, debtors and trustees in both liquidation and reorganization proceedings. Mr. Rodolakis also represents litigants in commercial real estate disputes, including permitting issues. Mr. Rodolakis served as a member of the United States Trustee’s Region I private panel of bankruptcy trustees from 1990 to 2007 and also served on the Central Region Committee of the Judicial Nominating Committee from 1996 to 2003. Since 1999 he has also served on the Town of Shrewsbury’s Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals. Since 2016, Mr. Rodolakis has been on the board of directors for the Worcester Business Development Corporation.
