Jody G Miller

Ms. Miller founded in 2006 and became CEO of The Business Talent Group LLC, a privately held company providing top independent business talent to companies for project and interim executive assignments. She was a Venture Partner with Maveron, LLC from 2000 to 2006. From 1995 to 1999, Ms. Miller held a variety of executive positions, including Executive Vice President and Acting President and Chief Operating Officer, at Americast, a digital video and interactive services partnership of Ameritech, BellSouth, GTE, SBC, SNET and The Walt Disney Company. She also serves on the board of directors of Capella Education Company, a leading online university (NASDAQ). Committees of the Board of Directors. There are three standing committees of our Board of Directors: Audit Committee, Compensation Committee, and Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee, which serves as our nominating committee.
