Philip George Brumder

Died January 3, 2010, at his home in Hartland, WI, at the age of 89, due to complications of cancer. He served as president, CEO and ultimately Chairman of the Board of Applied Power Corporation in Milwaukee, and was a generous benefactor of the arts, cultural and community organizations. He enjoyed traveling with his many children and grandchildren. Philip believed the true wealth of family was in its children. Philip is survived by his sister Barbara (Don Buzard), his children, Philip (Diane), Nancy (Michael Arndt), Mary, Lisa (Ted Yewer), Nicholas (Ellen) and the late Susan, and 19 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
