John Startin

Evercore (NYSE: EVR) announced that John Startin will join the Firm's Investment Banking business in April 2019 as a Senior Managing Director in its Advisory practice. He will be based in New York and will lead the Firm's Metals, Materials & Mining Group. Mr. Startin joins from Goldman Sachs, where he was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division, Head of Metals & Mining in the Americas, and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Mr. Startin was awarded a Bachelor of Arts by the University of Oxford, where he read Politics, Philosophy & Economics at The Queen's College, and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
