Druley became CEO in 2016 after 13 years at Cambridge, making him the fourth chief executive since its founding. David leads the firm in its mission to help endowments, foundations, pensions, and private clients exceed their investment objectives. David meets often with clients around the globe, and oversees the firm’s dedicated practice areas and global research team. He also invests significant time working to enhance the firm’s capabilities and support its talented people. Previously, David was President of Cambridge Associates, and the founding global leader of the firm’s Pension Practice. In that role, David created and implemented innovative portfolio management frameworks that have transformed our pension clients’ approach to investing. David has over 25 years of investment experience. Prior to joining Cambridge Associates in 2003, David founded and operated Druley Investment Management for nine years. While pursuing his MBA, David interned as an investment analyst at the Teacher Retirement System of Texas. David is a CFA Charterholder and received his MBA and BBA from the University of Texas, Austin.
