Mitchell R. Schrage is the firm's Managing Partner of Operations. He has more than 30 years of experience as a trial lawyer – in both federal and state courts – amassing a wide base of local and international clients. His clients include numerous public and private corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and high net worth individuals in various industries including advertising, public relations, cosmetics, real estate, financial services, wealth management, chemicals, construction, real estate investment, technology and art. Mitchell has represented clients including the Ritz Paris Hotel, Harrods, Estée Lauder Inc., Young & Rubicam, Burson Marsteller, Wunderman Cato Johnson, DCD Capital, Atlantic Bank of New York, Parlux Fragrances, PR 21 and Edelman Public Relations. Mitchell's diverse practice involves commercial litigation, licensing and intellectual property litigation, and pharmaceutical mass torts. Mitchell represented one of the largest corporations in Mexico in a $1.5 billion dispute with eight banks on the structure and marketing of a complex financial instrument. In addition to litigation, Mitchell also has a transactional practice involving real estate, corporate representation, and leasing. In addition, Mitchell handles issues of legal ethics and professional responsibility for the firm. For many years, Mitchell served on the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, as well as on their judiciary board that assisted in evaluating the fitness and qualification of state judges and prospective judges in New York State.
