She is the daughter of Chandrika K. Tandon and Ranjan Tandon of New York. The bride’s father is the founder of Libra Advisors, a New York hedge fund. Her mother is a singer and composer whose most recent album, “Soul March,” was released in 2013. She is also a management consultant in New York, a trustee of N.Y.U. and a director of Lincoln Center. Ms. Tandon, 27, will keep her name. In May, she received an M.B.A. from Harvard, and in October will begin as an associate in the New York office of McKinsey & Company, the management consulting firm. From 2010-12, she was a corps member at Teach for America, teaching third grade at Arts and Technology Academy, a former charter elementary school in Washington.
