William H. Fralin Jr.

William H. Fralin, Jr. serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Medical Facilities Of America, Inc. (MFA) and served as its Chairman of the Board. Mr. Fralin leads MFA's mission to provide the highest quality rehabilitation care and patient experience available. For more than 10 years, he has helped to guide MFA's success and growth while leading the MFA vision of patient-focused healthcare. He also served at LifeWorks Rehab Centers. He serves as Board Member of Virginia Commonwealth Transportation Board. He serves on numerous boards, committees and commissions throughout the state of Virginia. He was a Member of the Virginia House of Delegates from 2004 to 2010.
