For the past 30 years, Bonnie Eskenazi has regularly handled some of Hollywood’s most high profile and landmark entertainment disputes for some of the industry’s leading performers, directors, writers, producers, rights holders, studios and talent agents. In litigation, she represents plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of litigation matters, primarily focusing on entertainment disputes over issues such as royalties and profit participations, copyright ownership, idea theft, contracts, defamation, invasion of privacy, merchandise and licensing, music distribution, and new technology. She also acts as outside general counsel for the Bob Marley Estate. She teaches Entertainment Law at Stanford Law School and is a guest lecturer at Harvard Law School’s Entertainment Law class. She is a founding member of the Los Angeles non-profit organizations Festival of New American Musicals and Reprise 2.0. Ms. Eskenazi is the only woman on the management committee of her firm and she created an all-female marketing pod to mentor some of the young female lawyers at her firm in ways to help them become rainmakers. Throughout her career, Ms. Eskenazi, has spoken out on gender issues and the importance of supporting women in all aspects of the business world.
