Prior to becoming assistant corporate controller in 1998, DeBuck, 43, was vice president of finance in CSC's global telecommunications consulting and product business. From 1991 until 1996, he also served as controller for the company's Technology Management Group, which implements large outsourcing contracts. He joined CSC in 1979 and served in several of CSC's federal operations, where he held various director-level positions in finance, pricing and program control. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and a master's degree in business administration from George Washington University.
