Stacey Hightower is the Chief Executive Officer of Omnicom Specialty Marketing Group (OSMG). As CEO, he guides a portfolio of leading specialty marketing agencies developing their strategic, operational and financial goals. His diverse portfolio of specialty agencies includes: field marketing, strategic sourcing, brand extension, talent buying, corporate purpose, and philanthropic impact. He is a Founding Partner of ONE HUNDRED, the first multi-disciplinary full-service collective for organizations committed to enacting sustainable impact. ONE HUNDRED empowers organizations to embrace a greater purpose based on four pillars— protect, equalize, end and improve. Prior to OSMG, Stacey was as an interim management and performance improvement consultant as a Director with AlixPartners and Loughlin Meghji & Company. During that time he advised CEOs and boards and assumed interim roles such as COO and Treasurer. His select former clients include Springleaf Financial, FleetPride, Tekni-Plex Inc., New Century Financial, AT&T Latin America, and Sunterra Financial. He is a returned Peace Corps Kenya volunteer where he dispersed micro-credit to women’s groups. He earned his Bachelor’s from Washington University in St. Louis and his MBA from the Yale School of Management. He is a member of the Executive Leadership Council. He also proudly sits on the Board of City Music Cleveland and was formerly a Trustee for Brooklyn Prospect Charter School. He resides in Brooklyn, NY with his wife and two sons.
