Mark C Pigott

MARK C. PIGOTT is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and has held that position since January 1997. He was a Vice Chairman of the Company from January 1995 to December 31, 1996, Executive Vice President from December 1993 to January 1995, Senior Vice President from January 1990 to December 1993 and Vice President from October 1988 to December 1989. He is the nephew of James C. Pigott, a director of the Company. He has served as a director of the Company since 1994.
