Michael A Tembreull

MICHAEL A. TEMBREULL is Vice Chairman of the Company and has held that position since January 1995. He also serves as the Company's principal financial officer. He was Executive Vice President from January 1992 to January 1995 and Senior Vice President from September 1990 to January 1992. He has served as a director of the Company since 1994.
