William P Sullivan

President and Chief Executive Officer of Agilent Technologies Inc. since March 2005. Prior thereto, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Agilent from March 2002 until March 2005, and Senior Vice President and General Manager of its Semiconductor Products Group from August 1999 until March 2002. Mr. Sullivan is also a director of URS Corporation, a leading provider of engineering, construction and technical services.
