GEORGE A. DAVIDSON, JR. retired chairman of the board of directors of Dominion and former chairman and chief executive officer of Consolidated Natural Gas Company. He is a director of PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. and Goodrich Corporation. Mr. Davidson received his undergraduate degree in petroleum engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He served in a variety of management and executive positions with CNG for 34 years and is a former chairman of the American Gas Association.
