Donald G Cook

Mr. Cook retired in June 2005 as Commander (General), Air Training and Education Command, United States Air Force, a position he had held from December 2001. Previously, Mr. Cook served as Vice Commander, Air Combat Command, United States Air Force from June 1999 to December 2001. Mr. Cook is also a Director of Crane Corp.
