Albert H Masland

Albert H. Masland is a native Carlisleler and a graduate of Dickinson College (1979) and the Dickinson School of Law (1982). After a few years of private practice, he served as part-time assistant district attorney from 1985-1992. He served as a state representative from 1992-2000, after which he held various administrative and legal positions with the Ridge, Schweiker and Rendell administrations. Masland was elected to the Court of Common Pleas in November 2009.
