Robert K Reeves

Mr. Reeves has served as a director of the general partner of Western Gas Partners, LP since August 2007 and as a director of the general partner of Western Gas Equity Partners, LP since September 2012. He has also served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer of Anadarko since February 2007. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs & Law and Chief Governance Officer beginning in 2004. He has also served as a director of Key Energy Services, Inc., a publicly-traded oilfied services company, since October 2007. Prior to joining Anadarko, he served as Executive Vice President, Administration and General Counsel of North Sea New Ventures from 2003 to 2004 and as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Ocean Energy, Inc. and its predecessor companies from 1997 to 2003. Mr. Reeves holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Juris Doctor degree from Louisiana State University.
