Daniels will be responsible for the company's international and growth assets, and Pease will be responsible for the company's North American foundation assets. Both will report to Jim Hackett, Anadarko President and CEO. Daniels, who is currently based in Calgary, will relocate to Houston. Daniels, currently Vice President, Canada, joined Anadarko in 1985 as a geologist and held positions of increasing responsibility until he was named to his current position in 2001. He holds a master's degree in petroleum geology from the Colorado School of Mines and earned a bachelor's degree in economics from The Colorado College. Daniels has served on the Board of Governors of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP) and was the Chair of the Northern Executive Policy Group for CAPP. Michael O. Bridges, currently Chief Engineer, will replace Daniels as President, Anadarko Canada Company, and will report to Pease.
