Richard S Hill

Mr. Hill has been Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Novellus Systems, Inc., a maker of devices used in the manufacture of advanced integrated circuits, for more than five years. He is a director of LSI Corporation and the University of Illinois Foundation. He earlier spent 12 years in senior positions with Tektronix Inc.
