John Lowry III

Mr. Lowry is a consultant with Egon Zehnder and heads the firm’s U.S. supply chain and operations practice. Previously, he served as the COO of the Allied Recreation Group and a senior leader at Harley-Davidson. Mr. Lowry began his career as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps where he spent more than 15 years on active duty and an additional 10 years in the Marine Corps Reserve. His military awards include the Legion of Merit and Combat Action Ribbon. Mr. Lowry currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Marine Corps Association & Foundation and is also a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion. Mr. Lowry earned his bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and multiple master’s degrees from Stanford University, Harvard Business School, and the U.S. Army War College.
