William F Aldinger III

William F. Aldinger has served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Capmark Financial Group Inc., a commercial real estate finance company, since June 2006. Mr. Aldinger retired as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Finance Corporation (formerly Household International, Inc.), a consumer finance company, in April 2005, a position he held since 1994. He also retired as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of its parent company, HSBC North America Holdings Inc., a position he held since December 2003. He serves on the boards of AT&T Inc., KKR Financial Corp. and The Charles Schwab Corporation. Mr. Aldinger has served as a director of ITW since 1998.
