Marvin D. Brailsford retired as Vice President of Kaiser-Hill Company LLC, a construction and environmental services company, in June 2002, a position he had held since September 1996. Prior to his employment with Kaiser-Hill, he served with the United States Army for 33 years, retiring with the rank of Lieutenant General. He is a director of Conn's, Inc. Gen. Brailsford has served as a director of ITW since 1996.
