Don H Davis Jr

Don H. Davis, Jr. retired as Chairman of the Board of Rockwell Automation, Inc., a leading global provider of industrial automation power, control and information products and services, in February 2005, a position he had held since 1998. From 1997 to 2004, he also served as Rockwell's Chief Executive Officer. He is a director of Journal Communications, Inc. Mr. Davis has served as a director of ITW since 2000.
