A 36-year veteran at Colgate-Palmolive, she is in her present position since 2012. Previously, she was president of Hill's Pet Nutrition Inc., a Colgate subsidiary, and has held several senior level positions including VP of margeting for Colgate U.S., and VP and general manager of Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals North America and Europe.
