Michael W Bell

Bell joined CIGNA in 1984 and advanced through management positions at CIGNA Retirement & Investment Services, CIGNA HealthCare and CIGNA's former individual insurance division. He was named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for CIGNA's Intracorp subsidiary in March 1994 and Vice President and Actuary for CIGNA HealthCare in July 1995. He also served as Vice President of Corporate Accounting and Planning from 1997 through July 2000. Bell is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Illinois (B.S., 1985). He is also a Fellow in the Society of Actuaries.
