Naomi O Seligman

Naomi O. Seligman has served as a Director since November 2005. Ms. Seligman has been a member of the Compensation Committee since June 2006. She has been a senior partner at Ostriker von Simson, Inc., a technology research firm which chairs the CIO Strategy Exchange, a forum which brings together vital quadrants of the IT sector, since June 1999. From 1977 until June 1999, Ms. Seligman served as a co-founder and senior partner of the Research Board, Inc., a private sector institution sponsored by 100 chief information officers from major global corporations. Ms. Seligman also serves as a director of The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation and Akamai Technologies, Inc.
