Jeffrey O Henley

Jeffrey O. Henley has served as the Chairman of the Board since January 2004 and as a Director since June 1995. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from March 1991 to July 2004. Mr. Henley was a member of the Executive Committee from July 1995 to July 2008, when the Committee was eliminated. He also serves as a director of CallWave, Inc.
