Sy Sternberg

Seymour Sternberg was elected a director of Express Scripts in March 1992. Mr. Sternberg currently is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of New York Life and has served in this capacity since April 1997. From October 1995 until October 2002, he was the President of New York Life, and from October 1995 until March 1997 he also held the position of Chief Operating Officer of New York Life.
