Dwight Evans

US Representative for Pennsylvania's 2nd and 3rd district. Assumed office on Nov. 14th 2016 for the remainder of Chaka Fattah's term. In 2019 the 2nd district was renamed the 3rd district but was otherwise unchanged. This district includes most of downtown and western Philadelphia, in particular, West Oak Lane which is heavily Democratic and with a 95% African-American population.
