Richard Fairbank

Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President. Mr. Fairbank has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Capital One since February 28, 1995. He has been Chief Executive Officer and a director since July 26, 1994 and has additionally served as President since April 24, 2003. Mr. Fairbank is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Capital One Bank (USA), National Association and Capital One, National Association.
