Mitchell A. Johnson

Mr. Mitchell A. Johnson Founded MAJ Capital Management Inc. in 1994 and has been its President since June 1994. Mr. Johnson joined Student Loan Marketing Association (Sallie Mae) in 1973 and served as its Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance from 1987 to 1994. He serves as Director of the Rushmore Funds, a mutual fund company owned by FBR Investment Services, Inc. He has experience in and knowledge of the financial services and banking industries, serves as a Director of other mutual funds. He served as the first President and one of the founding members of the Washington Association of Money Managers. He has been an Independent Director of Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corp. since June 12, 1997. Mr. Johnson serves as a Trustee of Citizens Funds. He has been a Trustee of The Advisors' Inner Circle Fund and Advisors' Inner Circle Fund - McKee International Equity Portfolio since 2005. He has been Trustee of the SEI Funds Complex since 2007. He serves as Trustee/ Director of Bishop Street Funds. He has been Trustee of The Advisors Inner Circle Fund - Rice Hall James Micro Cap Portfolio since 2005. He has been an Independent Trustee of The Advisors’ Inner Circle Fund II- Champlain Small Company Fund since 2005. He has been Independent Trustee of The Advisors' Inner Circle Fund II and Advisors' Inner Circle Fund - McKee International Equity Portfolio since 2005. He serves as a Trustee of Community Foundation for the National Capital Region, The. He served as a Director of Eldorado Bancshares Inc., Laguna Hills, California, the holding company for Eldorado and Antelope Valley Banks. Mr. Johnson also served as a Trustee of the District of Columbia Retirement Board. He served as Trustee of The FBR Funds - FBR Fund For Government Investors since 2001.
