John J Mahoney

John J. Mahoney has been a director since 2007 and is currently the Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer for Staples, Inc., having served as Vice Chairman since January 2006 and as Chief Financial Officer since 1996. Prior to 1996, Mr. Mahoney was a partner at Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Mahoney joined the Board in August 2007 to fill a vacancy created by the Board, having been recommended for service as a director by David Dyer.
