Frank Hill

Hill is a leading expert in the area of government and military projects related to Homeland Security. He and the other panelists, representing major leading security companies, will share successes and emerging trends that have created significant market potential. Hill is a 20-year veteran of Capitol Hill, and before joining Capstrat, served as chief of staff to Sen. Elizabeth Dole (R-NC). As chief of staff, Hill set up Dole's D.C. and North Carolina offices and supervised more than 40 office legislative and constituent services staff.
