John Milne

John D. Milne brings over 30 years of experience in government affairs to mCapitol Management. Mr. Milne to communicate his clients' legislative and regulatory priorities to those in positions to effect change. He was appointed by the Governor of Minnesota to serve on the Minnesota Lottery Board and the Minnesota Transportation Study Board. Mr. Milne also served on the Minnesota High Tech Council and as chair of 3M's Marketing Council. Mr. Milne received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wyoming. He worked for Perennial Stategy Group and the Jefferson Group. He also worked at M Capital Management,The Principal Group,The Willard Offices, and as a self employed consultant.
